
Steve Chiappetti speaks passionately about his work, but he alsospeaks very quickly. Even when he has been up until 3 a.m. thenight before cooking for Daniel Barenboim, Yo-Yo Ma and others at hisrestaurant Rhapsody, Chiappetti is bubbling with energy, and wordscome streaming from him. One senses that there are so many ideasbouncing around his head that the only way he can express them iswith ferocious speed.
Of course, it's one thing for someone to be filled withgrandiose ideas and plans. Anybody can talk a great game. It's analtogether different thing to implement plans and ultimately realizegoals, especially in Chiappetti's career field.
