NSW:McGuire ready to govern

FRANK MCGUIRE .. who won the Broadmeadows by-election in Victoria yesterday .. says
he's ready for politics and won't put a time limit on how long he wants remain in state
parliament.

With 77 per cent of the vote counted last night .. the journalist-turned business consultant
and ALP candidate swept a resounding 54 per cent of the primary vote in the safe Labor
seat of Broadmeadow.

But the figures show an eight per cent …
